This Englightenment Text has been prepared by Wellcome Wellness Health Tourism and Technology Trade Corporation Inc. (“Company”) as the data controller in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”) and the Communique on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. The Company reserves the right to update this privacy notice at any time in accordance with possible changes in the applicable legislation.
A. Data Controller
In accordance with the Law, your personal data may be processed by Wellcome Wellness Health Tourism and Technology Trade Corporation Inc. as the data controller.

- Customer Transaction: Information about the service received (hotel accommodation, clinic service, whether transfer service is provided);
- Financial Information: Information on whether the fee for the service has been paid;
- Audiovisual Records: Photograph;
- Health Information: Information about the source of the request and medical condition;
- Other Information: Flight details.
If you are in the position of a companion:
- Identity Information: Name, surname, passport number;
If you are in the position of requesting a product or service:
- Identity Information: Name, surname;
- Contact Information: Email address, address, phone number;
- Customer Transaction: Requested service (hotel accommodation, clinic service, whether transfer service is provided);
- Health Information: Information about the source of the request and medical condition;

D. Transfer of Personal Data
Your collected personal data; It is transferred to Real Persons or Private Law Entities, Business Partners, Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations, limited to the realization of the processing purposes stated above.
In order to provide the services subject to the contract, especially;
- In order to provide treatment and health services, we share your identity, contact and health data with the clinics and hospitals you have chosen, in line with your explicit consent.
- We share your identity and contact information with the hotels where accommodation services will be provided.
- We share your identity, contact and flight information with transfer companies in order to carry out transfer activities.
In order to carry out the activities in accordance with the legislation, in particular;
- We share your identity and contact information with our financial advisor in order to share information about the services we have received with the relevant institutions and to make the necessary invoicing.
- We share your identity and contact information with insurance companies in order to carry out travel insurance transactions.
In order to carry out storage activities, especially;
- We transfer the data you want to store in our application and the communication, financial information, visual records and other information you share regarding access to the application to our business partners who provide storage support.
E. Methods of Collection of Personal Data
Your personal data may be processed both by fully or partially automated means and by non-automatic methods that are part of the data recording system, for the purposes set out in heading (“C”) of this Englightenment Text;
1) Your Personal Data Collected During the Execution of Contract Processes: by digital means such as e-mail or voice over the phone,
2) Your Personal Data Collected During the Execution of Your Membership Process: by adding it to the website;
3) Your Personal Data Collected During the Request Complaint Management Process: by digital means such as e-mail or voice over the phone,
4) Your Personal Data Collected During the Provision of the Service: by digital means such as e-mail, collected from the website or voice over the phone,
5) Your Personal Data Collected During the Communication Process: verbally, via e-mail or voice over the phone,
6) Your Personal Data Collected During the Invoice Creation Process: verbally, by e-mail, by hand,
7) Your Personal Data Collected During the Contract Signing Process: by confirming on the website or physically,
is collected.
F. Rights of the Relevant Person Listed in Article 11 of the KVKK
If you, as the relevant person, submit your requests using the following methods, the Company will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. No fee will be charged for the response given by our company up to ten pages. A processing fee of one (1) Turkish Lira will be charged for each page over ten pages. If the answer to the application is given on a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, the fee that may be requested by our Company will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.
Relevant Person within the scope of Article 11 of KVKK;
- Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
- Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
- Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of KVKK and other relevant laws, and requesting that the transaction carried out in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Object to the emergence of a result against the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
- They have the right to demand compensation for the damage if they suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
You can submit your request regarding the use of your above-mentioned rights in Turkish and in writing, in Turkish or in accordance with the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller numbered 30356 and dated 10.03.2018, or via a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature. , mobile signature or by using the e-mail address previously notified to the Company and registered in our system. The Company reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.
In your application;
- Your name, surname and signature if the application is written,
- For citizens of the Republic of Turkey, your TR ID number, if you are a foreigner, your nationality, passport number or identification number, if any,
- Your residence or workplace address subject to notification,
- Your notification e-mail address, telephone and fax number, if any,
- The subject of your request must be included, and if any, information and documents regarding the subject must be added to the application.

Depending on the nature of your request, information and documents that will allow identification must be provided to us completely and accurately. If the requested information and documents are not provided as required, the Company will investigate your request as soon as possible and will respond to your application. If the Company does not provide any response to your application within thirty days from the date of notification, your application will be deemed to have been rejected.
