Customer service at the clinic is top notch.I especially want to mention Natalya, who helped me throughout my stay at the clinic,her help was invaluable. She is a great girl who helped me answer all my questions.

Very good and qualified company with an extreme amount of experience. I went for a hairtransplant in Istanbul and was guided by Yusuf(local guide and fluent in dutch) and he was a charm at every step of the way. I had a little post operation issue and he went went me on his free evening to get it solved. Yusuf made this experience A+++. The clinic and employees themself where also very good and with thousands and thousands of jobs they know what they are doing! highly recommended

you can see from their reputation that they're good in the market. what surprised me was the fact that EMP really cares for my progress even one year passed my transplant. they will reply with whatever question you have in mind and their support is exceptional. definetly recommended
